Senior Waiter – Premium Lounge

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Waiter to join our Premium Lounge team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment, and supporting the overall operations of the lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard table service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Clear dishes promptly and keep dining areas tidy and organized.
• Follow opening and closing procedures to prepare the outlet for service.
• Adhere to hygiene policies and proper food and equipment handling standards.
• Address customer complaints or involve a supervisor to achieve satisfaction.
• Report issues such as complaints, staff absenteeism, or stock shortages to the Assistant F&B Supervisor.
• Assist with stock management, verifying received items for quality, quantity and order accuracy.
• Perform cleaning, polishing, organizing, loading and dispatching tasks according to Emirates Flight Catering standards.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 quality policies and department procedures.

Required profile

• High school certification (mandatory); diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume service environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
