About the role
As a B&F Service Key Performer at Ginger Moon, you will create memorable dining experiences that go beyond simply serving food. You will work closely with guests, the kitchen, and fellow team members to ensure every meal feels like part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and manage supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen, serve guests promptly, and handle guest interactions professionally.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with help), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
