Senior Waitress Premium Lounge

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Waitress to join our Premium Lounge team, delivering high‑standard service to guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers and guests, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Assist with table service and keep dining areas clean and organized by promptly clearing dishes.
• Follow standard opening and closing procedures to properly prepare the outlet.
• Comply with company hygiene policies and proper food and equipment handling standards.
• Address customer complaints satisfactorily or involve a supervisor to ensure satisfaction.
• Report any complaints, staff absenteeism, or stock shortages to the Assistant F&B Supervisor.
• Maintain sufficient stock during shifts, verify received stock against orders, and store items accurately.
• Perform cleaning, polishing, organizing, loading, dispatching and other tasks as assigned, adhering to Emirates Flight Catering standards.
• Apply the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Policy and follow department procedures.

Required profile

• High school certification (mandatory); diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
