SEO and Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Kama Capital is looking for an SEO and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to shape its digital discovery and customer engagement strategy. You will ensure the brand and its content are easily found and trusted across traditional search engines and AI‑driven platforms, while owning the Braze CRM to build personalized, cross‑channel journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO/AIO strategies for both search engines and generative AI discovery platforms.
• Create conversational content (FAQs, knowledge bases) optimized for large language models.
• Implement structured data (Schema markup) to improve AI parsing and citation.
• Enhance digital E‑E‑A‑T by managing reviews, citations, and brand consistency.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Semrush, and AI‑specific tracking tools.
• Serve as primary Braze administrator, designing and launching multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, in‑app, SMS).
• Leverage Braze Canvas, Liquid templating, and segment extensions for advanced personalization.
• Set up A/B and multivariate tests, using BrazeAI and Predictive Suite to optimize timing and relevance.
• Analyze engagement data via Braze Analytics Dashboard and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO, AI‑driven content optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Braze CRM environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
