SEO & Content Marketing Intern

About the role

Fano Properties is looking for a fast-moving, results-driven SEO & Content Marketing Intern to join its team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a hands-on, high-output role focused on producing English-language content that ranks, converts and drives real leads in one of Dubai's most active real estate markets. Key responsibilities

• Publish a minimum of 2 SEO-optimised blog posts per week, no exceptions.
• Deliver first drafts within 24 hours of topic assignment.
• Complete keyword research in under 2 hours per topic using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Google Search Console.
• Write high-quality English content targeting investors and buyers interested in Business Bay and Dubai real estate.
• Handle all on-page SEO before publishing: meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and image alt text.
• Optimise and repurpose existing website content to improve rankings.
• Support social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) aligned with the SEO strategy.
• Track blog traffic, keyword rankings and engagement metrics, and deliver a monthly report within 48 hours of month-end.
• Stay on top of Dubai real estate market news to produce timely, relevant content.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate drafts without sacrificing quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with exceptional written communication skills.
• Fast worker able to produce quality content under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
• Passion for real estate, investment and the Dubai market.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications or related degree.

Required skills

• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console or SEO tools is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content production.
