SEO & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

As an SEO, AI Optimization & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist you will shape Kama Capital’s digital discovery and customer engagement strategy. You will make the brand and its content easily findable on traditional search engines and AI‑driven platforms while owning the Braze CRM to create highly personalized, cross‑channel journeys that boost conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise SEO and AI‑driven discovery strategies for both search engines and generative AI platforms.
• Create conversational content (FAQs, knowledge bases) optimized for large language models.
• Implement and maintain structured data (Schema markup) to improve AI citation and indexing.
• Enhance digital E‑E‑A‑T by managing reviews, citations, and brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Monitor organic performance using GA4, Semrush and AI‑specific tracking tools.
• Serve as primary Braze administrator, setting up and managing campaigns across email, push, in‑app and SMS.
• Design complex cross‑channel journeys with Braze Canvas and leverage Liquid templating for dynamic personalization.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests, using BrazeAI™ and Predictive Suite to optimize timing and relevance.
• Analyze engagement data via Braze Analytics Dashboard and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention and LTV.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO, AI‑driven content optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Braze (or similar) CRM platform.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital trust factors (E‑E‑A‑T) and structured data implementation.
