Service Account Delivery Manager (Algeria based)

About the role

The Service Account Delivery Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end service delivery of G+D solutions, from implementation through the maintenance phase. You will ensure service readiness, smooth hand‑over to operations, and high‑quality after‑sales support, contributing to customer satisfaction and project success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop a comprehensive service delivery model tailored to each project’s requirements.
• Provide input on service‑related costing and collaborate with Service Offer Manager on pricing alignment.
• Lead the selection and coordination of third‑party service suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Support seamless hand‑over of customer solutions to the service delivery engine and oversee site acceptance.
• Monitor and manage service delivery performance during the after‑sales phase.
• Collaborate closely with Service and Solution Sales teams to align service models with overall project objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing service delivery for technology or security solutions.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, from offer phase to post‑implementation support.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ability to define service models, cost structures, and ensure quality standards.
