Service Advisor – Automotive After‑Sales

About the role
The Service Advisor acts as the essential link between customers and the Toyota brand, ensuring a seamless after‑sales experience that drives customer loyalty and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Consult customers on service needs, ensure vehicles are repaired correctly the first time, and clearly explain work performed and costs.
- Handle customer complaints to satisfactory resolution, supporting high Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.
- Achieve financial targets through upselling, discount control, and adherence to SOPs and company policies.
- Coordinate with production teams to provide timely vehicle status updates and meet delivery commitments.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in a service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English with basic Arabic speaking ability.
