About the role
The Service Advisor ensures a professional, seamless customer journey in Al Futtaim's automotive workshops, focusing on retention, profitability and high satisfaction scores.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Al Futtaim standards and service values to maintain high customer satisfaction and quality.
- Drive sales and profitability through upselling and cross‑selling of products, services and incremental packages.
- Apply 5S principles for operational efficiency and maintain health‑and‑safety compliance.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 3‑6 years experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputable workshop.
- Proven record of customer service excellence and sales performance.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive body parts and repair processes.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross‑selling.
