Service Advisor – Customer Focused Role

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Service/Bodyshop team in the UAE. The advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop‑off to delivery while supporting service revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, capture their concerns and service requirements accurately.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, provide cost estimates and explain required work.
• Coordinate with technicians, monitor job progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Communicate status updates, delays and completion times proactively.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, walk through completed work and invoices.
• Promote value‑added services to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain dealership standards through continuous learning and certification.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of automotive dealership experience, including at least 3 years as a Service Advisor.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of automotive service processes.
• Experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• Technical understanding of vehicle systems and service operations.
