Service Advisor – Customer‑focused After‑sales Role

About the role

Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s FAMCO division is looking for a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and workshop operations across the UAE. You will ensure a seamless service journey, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Manage the end‑to‑end service process from vehicle reception to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities, manage discounts and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide accurate progress updates by liaising closely with workshop and production teams.
• Explain repair work, service recommendations and costs clearly at vehicle handover.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high CSV and NPS scores.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably as a Service Advisor.
• Strong customer‑handling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good command of English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
• Team‑oriented, professional and culturally aware.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Sound technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
