Service Advisor - FAMCO

About the role

FAMCO is looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Service Advisor to act as the main link between customers and workshop operations across the UAE. As the face of the aftersales business, you will deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the service journey, supporting customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to strengthen loyalty and retention.
• Manage the end-to-end service process, from vehicle reception through delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage discounts to meet monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Work closely with workshop and production teams to give customers accurate progress updates and on-time delivery.
• Explain repair work, service recommendations and costs clearly at vehicle handover.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while keeping Customer Service Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) results high.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and manufacturer standards, with accurate data and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role.
• Good command of English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Sound technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Strong customer handling, stakeholder management and complaint resolution skills.
• Teamwork with workshop and aftersales teams, good organization and attention to detail.
