Service Advisor – Multi‑Brand

About the role

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers arriving at the workshop. You will act as the bridge between customers and the service team, ensuring a professional, customer‑focused experience while vehicles receive top‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles, document existing damage, discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Record customer requirements clearly to enable efficient service delivery.
• Oversee vehicle hand‑over, informing customers of completed work and future maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Follow up after service to verify satisfaction, assess repair quality and remind customers of upcoming maintenance.
• Build strong relationships through clear communication of service recommendations, estimates, approvals and costs.
• Collaborate with workshop foremen and technicians to ensure accurate information flow.
• Identify and validate customer concerns, distinguishing normal operating characteristics from issues requiring corrective action.
• Prepare accurate repair and maintenance estimates, explain costs and manage negotiations transparently.

Required profile

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable automotive workshop or dealership.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
