Service Contract Executive – Automotive Aftersales

About the role
We are looking for an automotive aftersales professional to manage service maintenance contracts and drive customer retention throughout the vehicle ownership journey in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage activation, eligibility, utilization, expiry and renewal of service maintenance contracts.
- Identify contracts nearing expiry and proactively engage customers for renewals or extensions.
- Coordinate retention campaigns targeting service‑due, overdue, inactive and lapsed customers.
- Support win‑back programmes and contribute to the design of contract packages, pricing and service scopes.
- Collaborate with Service Operations, CRM, Finance and branch teams to improve contract utilisation and monitor performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or related field.
- 3‑4 years of automotive aftersales experience, preferably with service contracts and customer‑retention activities.
- Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder coordination and attention to detail.
