Service Designer – End-to-End Process Design

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a Service Designer to join its Abu Dhabi team and support the group’s network of schools. The role will design and document end-to-end service processes, drive efficiency and enable digital transformation across headquarters and school operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of end-to-end service processes for HQ and school operations.
• Analyse existing workflows, identify improvement and automation opportunities, and develop service blueprints, process maps and operating models.
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology Services to ensure processes support automation, system integration and data visibility.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather insights and define service improvements.
• Establish standards and maintain a central repository for service designs and process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Service Design, Operations Management, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in service design, process design, operational improvement or digital transformation within complex organisations.
• Proven experience designing operational workflows and service experiences that align with digital initiatives.
• Experience working alongside digital product teams or technology implementation projects.
