Service Station Manager (Lead)

About the role

The Service Station Manager (Lead) is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a large service station, ensuring optimal utilization of staff, stock and resources while delivering a high‑quality customer experience and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shift schedules, ensuring trained staff are available around the clock.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for fuel, LPG, lubricants, accessories, consumables and PPE.
• Supervise deliveries, update records and analyse fuel inventory reports for variances.
• Ensure all station equipment and instruments are maintained, logged and repaired promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of stock, cash and operational standards.
• Manage incident and accident reporting, investigation and documentation.
• Analyse daily sales and stock statements, taking corrective actions to meet operational excellence standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large service or fuel stations.
• Strong organisational skills to plan staff rotas and resource allocation.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective measures.
• Commitment to safety, environmental standards and high‑level customer service.
