Service Supervisor II - Slickline

About the role

Halliburton is hiring a Service Supervisor II for its slickline team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Under general supervision, the supervisor leads a crew delivering a wide range of slickline services in a geographic area. The position is full time within the Operations product service line (Wireline and Perforating).

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing slickline services and consult with customers on products and services, promoting good customer relations and customer satisfaction.
• Review the job design and confirm the job packet includes the right equipment and processes; confirm that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct.
• Perform all work in compliance with HMS processes, applying technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and consulting the HES operations base as needed.
• Maintain assigned equipment properly and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures; perform onsite emergency unit and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with third parties whose activities could affect slickline job execution.
• Train service operators and operator assistants, and recognise and communicate sales opportunities for additional HES products and services.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and conduct and document Halliburton HSE activities such as site assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings and PPE use.
• Complete well site and post-job paperwork, take part in post-job reviews with the supervisor, and contribute to quality improvement.
• Develop skills to run the most complex slickline services under challenging conditions, and build mentoring and competency assessor skills.
