ServiceNow Domain Architect

About the role

Black Pearl is looking for a ServiceNow Domain Architect to lead the design and governance of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise in the United Arab Emirates. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable platforms that support digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns and governance frameworks.
• Establish standards for workflows, integrations, CMDB, CSDM, security, automation and custom applications.
• Review high‑level and low‑level designs, integration specifications, data models and customizations.
• Provide architectural guidance to guarantee scalability, security, upgradeability and alignment with business goals.
• Identify technical debt, risks and excessive customisation, and propose remediation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of technology experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in regulated or large‑enterprise environments is an advantage.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
