Shop Inspection Coordinator

About the role

The Shop Inspection Coordinator will lead the planning, execution and reporting of shop inspections for projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the INP Manager, the role ensures compliance with client specifications, Bureau Veritas standards and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review contractual and technical requirements, validate inspection documentation and define Bureau Veritas interventions.
• Schedule inspectors, issue assignment instructions, and coordinate with performing offices for execution, reporting and handling of non‑conformities.
• Maintain internal and external communication, prepare invoices and ensure timely submission of inspection reports to clients.
• Monitor inspection progress through tracking registers and provide weekly/monthly status reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 12‑15 years of experience in shop inspection coordination or a similar field.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Bureau Veritas World Wide Shop Inspection Guidelines, HSE, SIEBEL and Q&S.
