SIMULIA Key Account Manager

About the role

The SIMULIA Key Account Manager will drive revenue and growth for Dassault Systèmes in the United Arab Emirates, managing both direct and indirect (reseller) accounts. The role covers the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, leveraging the DS sales methodology and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to deliver long‑term business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets on direct, reseller and prospect accounts.
• Conduct end‑to‑end sales engagements compliant with the DS sales process.
• Promote the 3DS value proposition and strategic vision to secure long‑term commitments.
• Negotiate contracts while adhering to finance, legal, government and local regulations.
• Develop and execute account strategies based on market analysis and new‑business development.
• Collaborate with partners, build joint sales strategies, and support partner enablement on SIMULIA offers.
• Lead or participate in RFP processes and transform marketing leads into qualified opportunities.
• Establish trusted relationships at executive level across client organizations.
• Utilize DS CRM to track opportunities and contribute to best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in engineering or simulation software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to C‑level executives and managing complex accounts.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
