Site Civil Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site/Civil Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will bring solid UAE construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site activities and coordinate with consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep the project on schedule.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety on site.

Required profile

• Valid UAE visa and UAE driving licence.
• 3–4 years of experience in the UAE construction field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction site execution, structural and finishing works.
• Proficiency in reading and reviewing structural and architectural drawings.
• Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BOQ and quantity take‑off tools.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Project planning tools preferred: Primavera or MS Project.
