Site Civil Engineer – Transmission Line

About the role

We are seeking experienced Site Civil Engineers to lead civil works on major power transmission line projects in the UAE. The role involves supervising foundation construction, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities for overhead transmission line projects.
• Manage foundation works for transmission towers, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and backfilling.
• Monitor tower foundation works, stub setting, anchor bolt positioning, and alignment.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, surveyors, subcontractors, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce QA/QC procedures, and maintain daily progress and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices.

Required profile

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5‑12 years of hands‑on experience in transmission line projects.
• Mandatory Gulf experience.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30‑day notice period.

Required skills
