Site Civil Foreman

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Civil Foreman to lead residential villa construction projects from excavation through final handover. The role involves supervising all on‑site civil works and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise skilled and unskilled workers, including carpenters, steel fixers, masons and labourers.
• Coordinate and execute structural works such as reinforced concrete, foundations, footings, ground beams, columns, beams, slabs, steel reinforcement, rebar, formwork, shuttering and concrete pouring.
• Manage steel installation, fabrication coordination and related structural steel activities.
• Oversee carpentry/formwork preparation and installation for structural elements.
• Plan and execute scaffolding erection and dismantling to ensure safe site access.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and implement engineer instructions on site.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on building and construction projects.
• Proven track record in residential villa construction, preferably from excavation to handover.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and site safety requirements.

Required skills

• Reinforced concrete works, foundations, footings, ground beams, columns, beams, slabs.
• Steel reinforcement, rebar works, formwork, shuttering, concrete pouring.
• Steel installation, fabrication coordination, structural steel activities.
• Carpentry/formwork preparation and installation.
