Site Engineer – Interior Design (Residential & Villas)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to lead the interior fit‑out of high‑end residential and villa projects across Dubai. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and clients, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site interior fit‑out works for villas and residential projects.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, labor teams and material deliveries.
• Ensure works follow approved shop drawings, specifications, BOQs and project schedules.
• Monitor quality of finishes such as gypsum, flooring, marble, tiling, painting, joinery, ceilings, wall finishes, glass, metal works and MEP coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections, raise RFIs, inspection requests and material requests.
• Prepare daily progress reports, weekly updates and maintain site documentation.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and project managers, and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Carry out snagging and de‑snagging inspections prior to handover and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and health & safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in residential interior fit‑out and luxury villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good understanding of BOQ, material specifications and site execution.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
