Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to lead civil works, road construction, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities for road, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain valid competency with TRANSCO, ADDC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Track subcontractor performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures on site.
• Prepare accurate daily/weekly progress reports and maintain all necessary project documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil works, road, and infrastructure projects.
• Approved Competent Person with TRANSCO and ADDC.
• In‑depth knowledge of authority approval procedures, design standards, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site operations under pressure.
