Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join ALEC Holdings PJSC in the UAE. The role involves coordinating site activities within a defined section of works, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery in line with project specifications, drawings, programme requirements and QA/QC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and method statements to confirm clarity, feasibility and compliance.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues and raise appropriate reports.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Support the handover process from structural completion through to final finishes and client handover.

Required profile

• Strong structural and operational construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent understanding of project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
