Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will be based on‑site in Dubai, overseeing daily construction, installation and laboratory setup activities for Sabz International. You will ensure that all works meet project specifications, safety standards and agreed timelines while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural works on‑site, ensuring compliance with design documents.
• Monitor quality control processes, conduct regular site inspections and report findings.
• Prepare, review and update technical documentation, drawings and progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction codes, safety regulations and company standards.
• Support the implementation of laboratory, safety and interior solutions according to engineering requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in construction or industrial projects, preferably in laboratory or healthcare facilities.
• Ability to work effectively in active on‑site environments.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety regulations is an advantage.
