Site Manager – HOP (Grocery Delivery)

About the role

Deliveroo is expanding its HOP grocery service in the UAE and is looking for a Site Manager to lead a fast‑moving site. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining tight control over inventory and waste.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site team and work closely with the multi‑site manager to achieve company objectives.
• Motivate, train and develop employees to meet ambitious targets.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, focusing on productivity, stock accuracy and waste reduction.
• Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory, and supervise proper stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health & safety regulations and product recall protocols.
• Oversee accurate time‑keeping, break management and adherence to working‑time directives.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well‑merchandised site environment.
• Handle customer feedback and work with external partners to protect Deliveroo’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail, grocery or fast‑service operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
