Site Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Site Structural Engineer to join our dynamic project team in Al Ain. The role involves overseeing structural aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect structural works on‑site, including foundations, substructure, superstructure, and architectural finishes.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and inspection/testing plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities and progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in site supervision of structural works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
