Site Supervisor (Fit-Out Manufacturing)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site fit‑out installation activities, ensuring works are executed to approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards, and within project schedules. The role requires close coordination with factory production teams, project engineers, subcontractors and site management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit‑out, joinery and installation works, allocating tasks to carpenters, installers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the factory to secure timely delivery of manufactured items, materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress of partitions, ceilings, wall panels, doors, cabinetry and other finishes, ensuring compliance with shop drawings and client expectations.
• Inspect completed works, identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions to avoid rework.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental requirements and prepare daily progress reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in interior fit‑out, joinery installation or similar construction activities, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience supervising carpenters, installers and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out materials, installation methods and shop drawings.
• Good understanding of site safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Effective coordination, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
