Skilled Carpenter – Property Management

About the role

Al Saqer Property Management is seeking a skilled Carpenter to support the maintenance and development of its residential, commercial and retail properties across the UAE. You will work closely with the Facilities Engineer to design, cut, measure and install a variety of structural and decorative elements.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches or design plans.
• Measure, cut and shape wood, metal or other materials using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and install frameworks, cabinets, shelves, doors and other components.
• Install or repair building fixtures such as windows, stairs and mouldings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other tradespeople to meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on each project.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑4 years of carpentry experience in a facilities or property maintenance setting.
• Vocational certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials.
