Sneaker Maker – Custom Design Specialist

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a creative and customer‑focused Sneaker Maker to join its Dubai store. In this role you will transform standard GG footwear into unique, personalized pieces that reflect each client’s identity while delivering an engaging in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create customized GG sneakers with clients using drawing, illustration and basic sewing techniques.
• Guide customers through the co‑creation journey, maintaining brand storytelling and values.
• Drive sales by proactively cross‑selling and up‑selling complementary products.
• Handle pre‑sale and post‑sale tasks, including inventory management and loyalty initiatives.
• Register customers on the Golden App for accurate segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co‑creation area according to visual‑merchandising standards.
• Support store operations such as opening/closing, inventory checks and compliance with GDPR and health‑safety rules.
• Utilise digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance processes and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma minimum; design‑related education preferred.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience, especially in sales.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and client needs.

Required skills

• Hand‑drawing and illustration (marker, watercolor, acrylic).
• Basic embroidery and sewing techniques.
• Proficiency with the Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth platforms.
