Social Content Creator Manager

About the role

The Social Content Creator Manager will lead the creation and execution of social‑first content across all priority platforms for Etihad Airways. Reporting to senior brand and campaign leads, you will translate strategy into high‑quality, platform‑native assets while overseeing an in‑house team of content creators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day social content creation for both ongoing and campaign‑specific needs.
• Translate approved strategy, brand direction and campaign briefs into executable assets.
• Oversee filming, editing and delivery of social‑first videos and graphics.
• Ensure all content is platform‑appropriate, timely and ready for publishing.
• Manage, coach and develop the Social Content Creators team, allocating tasks and providing creative feedback.
• Maintain consistent creative quality and efficient workflow across the team.
• Set and uphold in‑house production standards and review content before handover.
• Collaborate closely with Social Brand & Campaigns, Partnerships, Strategy and Planning teams to align on priorities and handover assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social content creation or digital content roles.
• Proven track record of producing platform‑native, social‑first content.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of content creators.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, trends and production workflows.
