Social Media Account Manager (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

A full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE for a Senior Social Media Account Manager who leads and grows clients' digital presence across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be bilingual (Arabic and English), strategic and able to manage several accounts at once while delivering measurable results. The role balances creativity, analytical skills and strong client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Develop, implement and oversee end-to-end social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives, and advise clients on digital trends, campaigns and performance improvements.
• Manage content calendars and oversee daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
• Work with designers, videographers and copywriters to produce content that fits both Arabic- and English-speaking audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports with insights and recommendations, and optimise content and campaigns for reach, engagement and conversion.
• Track social trends, algorithms and emerging platforms.
• Mentor junior account executives or coordinators, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to pitches and proposals when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager or Senior Executive in a digital or creative agency.
• Bilingual Arabic and English speaker.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability preferred; based in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Social media platforms, paid advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
• Content formats including short-form video, reels, stories, carousels and long-form posts.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
