Social Media Analyst

About the role

MEDPUSH MENA is looking for a data‑driven Social Media Analyst to join its Dubai office. You will turn social media data into actionable insights and client‑ready narratives, supporting advertisers across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze social media conversations, brand mentions, sentiment, hashtag trends, and influencer activity across markets and platforms.
• Generate insights using leading social listening tools such as Sprout Social, Meltwater and Brandwatch.
• Build weekly, monthly and campaign‑based analytical reports that translate data into clear, client‑ready narratives.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media analytics or digital insights, preferably within a marketing, consulting or digital agency environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑project setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social listening platforms (Sprout Social, Meltwater, Brandwatch).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts.
