Social Media Assistant

About the role

Club L London is seeking a Social Media Assistant to support its global social media and content strategy from its headquarters in Dubai. The role will work closely with the Social Media and wider Marketing teams to help create and publish engaging content across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the brand’s social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and publishing content, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign objectives.
• Help execute social‑first campaign activities and roll‑outs across multiple platforms.
• Monitor channels daily, engage with the community and escalate customer queries when needed.
• Conduct social listening to identify trends, cultural moments and audience insights.
• Create reactive, trend‑led content and respond quickly to emerging opportunities.
• Track and report on performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
• Research competitors and industry updates to keep the team informed.
• Support follower growth, engagement and brand awareness through creative ideas.
• Assist the Outreach team in managing user‑generated content and ensure campaign requirements are met.

Required skills

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to conduct social listening and trend analysis.
