About the role
Division50 creates short‑form video, static graphics and manages multi‑platform posting to grow client brands. We are looking for a Social Media Associate who can produce content that actually reaches audiences, not just schedule posts.
Key responsibilities
- Produce short‑form video (reels/TikToks) and static posts for client accounts.
- Write hooks and captions, ride trends and post across platforms.
- Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and iterate on what works.
Required profile
- Created content that reached real audiences with measurable results (views, followers, engagement).
- Actively creating content at the time of application.
- Can shoot and/or edit short‑form video and write hooks independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Video shooting.
- Video editing.
- Copywriting for hooks and captions.
- Understanding of TikTok/Reels trends.
