About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will shape our online presence and brand identity across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with marketing, design, and product teams, you will produce high‑quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand strategy and drives audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for social media, ensuring consistency with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Create graphics, short videos, captions, and stories that boost engagement.
• Manage posting schedules to deliver timely content across all channels.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather product updates, campaign details, and brand guidelines.
• Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and viral formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts.
• Monitor community interactions and respond to comments where appropriate.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user‑generated content initiatives.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and platform requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategies and engagement tactics.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft concise, compelling copy.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in using social media analytics tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite Insights).
