Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and execute our digital presence across multiple platforms. The role combines social media planning, SEO content writing, graphic design, video creation, and email marketing to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Create high‑quality, SEO‑optimized content for blogs, website and social posts.
• Design engaging graphics for social media and campaigns using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute ad campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
• Update website content with SEO best practices.
• Track performance metrics and optimise content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in content creation, social media and campaign management.
• Experience in the UAE market and professional services industry.
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO or digital marketing are a plus.

Required skills

• Design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Video editing: CapCut, InShot or similar.
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest.
• Social media tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Scheduler.
• Email marketing platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot.
• CMS: WordPress (preferred).
• Ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
