Social Media Coordinator – Arabic (London)

About the role

UFC is seeking a fluent Arabic speaker to join its global social media team as a Social Media Coordinator. Based in London’s Chiswick Park office, you will help shape and deliver localized content for UFC’s Middle East audience across all major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create, copy‑edit, and schedule Arabic‑language posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads and TikTok.
• Manage the end‑to‑end posting process, from concept approval to publishing.
• Provide on‑site and remote live “play‑by‑play” coverage of UFC events.
• Collaborate with internal departments and global social teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Use social‑media analytics tools to generate event reports, track KPIs and identify trends.
• Maintain the social media calendar and posting schedule for maximum impact.
• Handle community management, monitor fan sentiment and address purchasing issues.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with global teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for sports and live events.

Required skills

• Experience creating and managing social media content in Arabic.
• Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of community management and fan engagement techniques.
