About the role

The Social Media Coordinator Trainee is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Dubai. You will plan, create and publish content across multiple social platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish social media content according to the editorial calendar.
• Manage posting schedules and monitor comments, messages and community interactions.
• Support digital campaigns and analyse performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, approvals and brand consistency.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all online channels.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and basic reporting.
• Experience in construction or building‑materials sector is a plus.
• Advanced skills in AI‑generated content and video production are essential.
