Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, performance‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own our online presence for a real‑estate business in Dubai. You will build brand visibility, generate high‑quality leads, and balance organic content with paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Create, plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
• Shoot, edit and coordinate photo and video assets for marketing use.
• Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop content calendars and overall campaign strategies.
• Track performance metrics, analyse ROI and continuously improve engagement.
• Generate leads through both organic and paid channels while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate with management on marketing and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of social media or digital marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current content trends.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads and Google Ads.
• Basic graphic design and video‑editing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
