Social Media Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Executive fluent in Arabic and English to join the M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment team. The role will focus on managing social content for the Marjan portfolio, supporting senior team members and ensuring timely delivery of engaging posts.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of assigned social channels.
• Build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Coordinate with creative, design, video and production teams for content delivery.
• Draft and adapt social copy in English and Arabic.
• Schedule and publish content accurately and on time.
• Monitor channels, flag reactive or trending opportunities, and assist community managers.
• Prepare client presentations, meeting materials and respond to client requests.
• Collect data, support monthly reporting and performance tracking.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice and social strategy.
• Assist with shoots, events and on‑ground content capture as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced brand environment.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple channels and workstreams.
• Fluent Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
