Social Media Executive – Hospitality Digital Marketing

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead the digital presence of Success Group across the UAE hospitality market, creating and curating content, managing channels, and driving audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and curate brand channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Produce visual assets, marketing graphics, video content and engaging copy aligned with corporate brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent publishing.
• Track social media trends, algorithm changes and competitor strategies to refine growth campaigns.
• Analyze audience metrics and report performance insights.
• Collaborate with hospitality and marketing teams to promote promotions, events and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or Mass Communication.
• 2‑4 years of professional social media management experience, preferably within hospitality or consumer lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
• Strong familiarity with hospitality marketing trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Experience with short‑form video editing.
• Basic graphic design platforms for creating visual assets.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn analytics.
