Social Media Executive

About the role

As part of Parfums de Marly’s social acceleration and brand elevation strategy, the Social Media Executive will create and deliver compelling content across multiple social platforms, manage the brand’s online presence, and drive community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Contribute to editorial planning for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Manage community engagement, moderation, and support the launch of new platforms.
• Coordinate with the TikTok creative agency to ensure timely, on‑brand content delivery.
• Monitor social media trends, tools and best practices to optimise reach and performance.
• Collaborate with the Content team to propose innovative ideas and define editorial concepts.
• Develop creative briefs for dedicated social content and support broader digital editorial needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, beauty or fragrance sectors.
• Native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for storytelling, detail and aesthetics.
• Deep understanding of the luxury market and a creative, innovative mindset.
• Team‑player attitude, rigorous organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
