Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to build and manage the personal brand of a founder in the health, wellness and entrepreneurship space. The role focuses on authentic engagement and growing influence across X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the founder’s presence on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.
• Engage daily with conversations in health, wellness, fitness, longevity, entrepreneurship and leadership.
• Respond to replies and comments in the founder’s tone of voice.
• Identify influential voices and communities to join relevant discussions.
• Draft posts, content ideas and platform‑specific messaging.
• Experiment with content formats and engagement strategies to discover what resonates.
• Monitor performance and deliver weekly insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or community management.
• Hands‑on experience with X (Twitter) – essential.
• Native or near‑native written English with strong copywriting ability.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness or longevity.
• Professional judgement and ability to represent a founder publicly.
