Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to shape and amplify the personal brand of a founder in a fast‑growing digital wellness company. The role blends strategic voice building on LinkedIn and X with hands‑on community management across the full social media mix.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the founder’s presence on LinkedIn and X (Twitter), engaging daily in relevant health, wellness and entrepreneurship conversations.
• Draft, schedule and adapt posts, reels and video content for YouTube and Pinterest, experimenting with formats to maximise reach.
• Oversee day‑to‑day community interaction on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including comments, DMs and content tagging.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce weekly insights and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Identify influential voices and communities, ensuring the founder participates in high‑impact discussions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or community management.
• Native‑level written English with strong copywriting ability.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness or longevity.
• Professional judgement and the ability to represent a senior founder publicly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms.
• Experience creating and adapting short‑form video and visual content.
• Community engagement and conversation monitoring.
