Social Media Executive

About the role

Nexreq Consultancy LLC, an international recruitment and talent solutions firm, is expanding its presence in Dubai and the GCC. They are seeking a creative and hands‑on Social Media Executive to manage and grow their digital footprint across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels and short‑form videos, and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Produce recruitment, employer‑branding, company‑culture and business‑focused content for the Dubai operation and leadership team.
• Write professional captions, hooks, short scripts and social copy; shoot and edit short‑form video when needed.
• Monitor trends, engage with followers, track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Coordinate with recruitment, sales and leadership teams to ensure consistent branding and visual standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and short‑form video formats.
• Good copywriting, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
