Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, self‑driven Social Media Executive to own and grow the social presence of multiple entities within our group. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end content creation, platform governance, community management and performance reporting across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage platform and account governance for all group brands, including access, bio optimisation, verification and policy compliance.
• Develop and execute platform‑specific strategies and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short‑form and long‑form video content independently.
• Source and repurpose content from sales, product, legal, HR and leadership into social‑first assets.
• Run continuous experimentation on hooks, formats and CTAs while staying current on algorithm changes and trending styles.
• Implement social SEO, keyword‑rich captions, hashtag strategies and thumbnail optimisation.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and mentions, escalating negative sentiment as needed.
• Track competitor activity and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Produce regular performance reports with clear recommendations on awareness, engagement and commercial impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of social media management experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE market.
• Prior experience managing social channels for multiple entities or brands within a group.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, from content creation to publishing.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficiency with native video shooting and editing tools.
• Experience with social analytics platforms and social SEO techniques.
