Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Executive to own the day‑to‑day management of our luxury fragrance brand’s social channels. You will craft compelling visual and written content, grow engaged communities, and support brand campaigns that elevate Oro Vento from Dubai to the world.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish high‑quality content (photos, Reels, Stories, TikToks, Snapchat clips, carousels and captions) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, events and seasonal campaigns while ensuring all assets reflect the brand’s elegant, emotional identity.
• Actively manage and grow communities across all platforms, responding to comments, DMs and mentions, and building relationships with influencers and fragrance enthusiasts.
• Support the planning and execution of social campaigns, product launches, event coverage and paid social initiatives, collaborating with the Marketing Manager and creative partners.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat for luxury, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle or fashion brands.
• Strong visual sense and ability to produce premium‑quality imagery and video that convey luxury aesthetics.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a talent for crafting engaging, premium‑tone captions.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat platforms.
• Proficiency with content scheduling tools.
• Basic video editing using CapCut, InShot or similar tools.
• Use of analytics platforms for performance tracking.
